Currently accepting New clients in Regina, and Moose Jaw - 18 yrs and older. - Life gets complicated sometimes! We often suffer alone but that misses the spirit of what it means to be human. Our basic, hard-wired need is for relationships and finding one that is attuned can allow us to uncover wisdom, reshape our inner world and create space for the possibility of healing. My therapy style is warm, honest and intuitive. I work collaboratively with clients to get to the heart of suffering and find more effective ways to live. I trained as a psychologist in South Africa but have made Canada my home. I use a variety of evidence based therapy approaches many rooted in emotional insights and relational well-being. This includes DBT, CBT, CPT and Sandtray Therapy. I consider myself a bookworm and pride myself on being competent.
