I am deeply committed to honoring the individuality, dignity, and integrity of each client I work with. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a direct yet non-judgmental attitude, fostering an environment of emotional safety and personal growth. My main objective is to provide clients with the necessary skills and knowledge to spark positive transformations within themselves, translating these changes into their everyday lives and experiences. By centering on the client’s needs, I strive to improve their overall quality of life through a therapeutic relationship that allows them to examine life factors impacting their personal growth and challenges.
My therapeutic goals encompass encouraging positive cognitive, emotional, and behavioral shifts. I offer a range of psychological services tailored to meet the changing requirements of each client, whether individuals (teenagers and older) or couples. My approach is characterized by empathy, understanding, care, and expertise.
With training in various therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and somatic experiencing, I am adept in addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. Moreover, I am trained in the Gottman method for addressing relationship and marital concerns.
